The cyclone season is quickly approaching.
It is the resident’s responsibility to ensure the removal from private properties of all objects that could become a missile in the event of a cyclone.
To assist in the removal of non-organic materials, the council will provide a free pickup service on Tuesday 29 September 2015.
Residents should deposit all items requiring removal on the roadside verge outside their property by no later than 8am.
Normal household garbage will not be removed nor will car bodies, caravans or trailers.
